Noise issues marred the last night, with disruptions coming from the room above until 4 am. Other maintenance concerns included several loose panels, a torn shower curtain, and a slow cold water supply that delayed getting a proper shower. Additionally, the mattress cover showed wear, and the television instructions didn’t match the actual setup. Miscommunication regarding billing created confusion, resulting in unexpected deductions during checkout.

The staff were awesome and super helpful! The grounds were nice, but the room doors didn’t auto close and the lock was broken. 😟

The swimming pool area was a nice retreat and provided a perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The carpet in our room had an odd odor that was quite unpleasant, making the overall ambiance less inviting.

I stayed for 29 nights in the Signature Room with Two Double Beds, Non-Smoking. The location was perfect, just off the highway. The staff was super friendly and always helpful, even with my French. I had a great experience store-wise for my business too. 😊

We stayed for 2 nights and the staff were super helpful with everything. The room was clean, but the pool hours were kinda weird, open only in the evening. Breakfast was pretty basic, not much choice. Also, there was no restaurant close by, so plan your meals ahead.

during my stay at travelodge, i was impressed by the spacious signature king room and the beautiful view. as someone who frequently travels to quebec city, this visit was a delightful escape with my family. the room was clean and comfortable, truly exceeding my expectations on this luxurious holiday.

The room was impeccably clean and the staff members were exceptionally nice, providing great assistance throughout my stay. Aron notably went above and beyond to help plan my touring day, making my visit much more enjoyable. I also appreciated the stunning city view from my room, enhancing the overall experience.

The Nespresso machine in the room added a nice touch, complemented by a stunning view. However, the room had a lingering smoke smell and the inconsistent water temperature was frustrating. Breakfast fell short with weak coffee and bland eggs that lacked flavor. Despite these downsides, the comfort of the Signature King Room was notable, though improvements are needed in dining and maintenance.
